30 DAYS RETURN POLICY EXCHANGE AND REFUND

We do our best to ensure you are completely satisfied with all orders placed with 
Plenty Humanwear. If for one reason or another you are not satisfied, we will
refund the product(s) within 30 days of the purchase date.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND

Our return policy allows partial or complete refund of an order within 30 days of the purchase date. It also allows exchanging an item once. If the item still doesn’t fit after the exchange, we will then proceed to a refund of the item and invite you to place a new order at www.plenty-humanwear.com

PRODUCTS MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION 

To return a product, it must be in exactly the same condition as when it was sent, that is to say, brand new and odourless. It is at our discretion to decide if a product is in an acceptable condition. 

FEES RELATED TO THE RETURN

We will deduct 9$ from your refund to cover the cost of shipping fees related to the return, except if we accidentally ship the wrong product or an order is damaged in delivery.

Please note that if an item has been purchased on sale, we do not apply the return policy, since it is a final sale.
